Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join a fully remote team supporting operations from Vereeniging area. You will focus on understanding customer needs, identifying pain points, and improving the overall journey from first contact to post-purchase support.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights, collaboration with product, marketing, and support teams, creation of self-help resources, and monitoring CX metrics to drive continual improvements in a flexible work

Qualifications

Proven experience in a customer experience or customer service role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data and feedback.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
Proficiency in CRM systems and customer feedback tools.

Responsibilities

Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the customer journey.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty across all touchpoints.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified customer experience.
Create and maintain resources, such as FAQs and user guides, to empower customers.
Monitor key customer experience metrics and report on performance to management.
