Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Remote Management Consultant focused on Customer Experience (CX) to join our distributed team, servicing clients including those in Paarl. You will design and implement CX strategies across touchpoints, map journeys, and advise on digital tools to improve engagement and loyalty.

You will lead virtual workshops, measure impact with CSAT/NPS, and translate insights into actionable plans while working from your home office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in CX strategy, service design, or CX-focused consulting.
• Ability to map journeys, conduct user research, and translate insights into actions.
• Strong knowledge of CX metrics (NPS, CSAT) and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer journeys to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Design strategies to enhance CX across digital and physical channels.
• Develop customer segmentation, personalization, and loyalty programs.
• Advise on technology solutions supporting engagement and service delivery.
• Facilitate virtual workshops to co-create CX strategies with clients.
• Measure and report impact of CX initiatives on satisfaction and outcomes.
