Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a warm and efficient Customer Care Agent to join a remote team serving customers from Richards Bay and beyond. The role emphasizes delivering outstanding service across calls, emails, and live chat while handling inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction from a home office.

The successful candidate will possess Grade 12 education, prior customer care or call center experience, and strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multi-task effectively

Qualifications

• Grade 12 education or equivalent.
• Experience in a customer care or call center environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with computers; CRM systems experience is an advantage.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Dedicated home office setup with a reliable internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer service calls, emails, and live chat inquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns by identifying the root cause and offering appropriate solutions.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests as needed.
• Maintain customer records by updating account information and logging all interactions in the CRM system.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistent service delivery.
