Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• A Master's degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CCEP, CRCM) is preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate compliance, regulatory affairs, or risk management, preferably within the financial services sector.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory frameworks, including international compliance standards.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing compliance programs.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex regulations clearly.
• High ethical standards and integrity.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
• Experience with compliance management software and reporting tools.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive corporate compliance programs and policies.
• Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including data privacy, AML, and KYC.
• Develop and deliver compliance training programs to employees at all levels.
• Investigate compliance breaches and manage disciplinary actions in coordination with HR.
• Monitor regulatory changes and update compliance procedures accordingly.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and external auditors during compliance reviews and inspections.
• Prepare regular compliance reports for senior management and the Board of Directors.
• Promote a strong ethical culture and awareness of compliance obligations throughout the organization.
