Placements24 is seeking a Senior Compliance Manager to oversee regulatory adherence and risk management for expanding operations. This fully remote role requires deep knowledge of financial regulations, policy development, and risk mitigation to ensure legal alignment and ethical conduct from anywhere you work.

Lead compliance initiatives, guide staff, and manage inquiries, examinations, and reporting. A strategic, results-driven professional will drive the compliance framework forward.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or risk management within the financial services industry.
• Extensive knowledge of national and international financial regulations and frameworks.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective compliance strategies in complex environments.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive compliance programs and policies across all business units.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and compliance audits to identify and address potential vulnerabilities.
• Ensure adherence to relevant financial regulations, including AML, KYC, data privacy, and consumer protection laws.
• Manage regulatory inquiries, examinations, and reporting requirements.
• Provide expert guidance and training to staff on compliance matters and ethical conduct.
• Investigate and resolve compliance breaches and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
