Placements24 is seeking a proactive Remote Corporate Catering Specialist to manage and grow our corporate client base. You will be the primary contact for clients, handling inquiries through post-event follow-up in a remote setup.

The role requires strong sales, relationship-building, and event-management skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding culinary experiences for virtual and in-person corporate events. Remote work offers significant flexibility.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and client-focused Remote Corporate Catering Specialist to manage and grow their corporate client base. This role is responsible for understanding the unique catering needs of businesses, proposing tailored solutions, and ensuring exceptional service delivery for virtual and in-person corporate events. You will act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, managing everything from initial inquiry through to post-event follow-up, all within a remote operational framework. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the corporate world and a passion for delivering outstanding culinary experiences that enhance business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their ongoing catering needs.
• Propose customized catering packages, including menu selection, dietary accommodations, and service styles, tailored for corporate events .
• Manage the entire catering process for corporate clients, from initial contact and proposal to final execution and billing.
• Coordinate with internal culinary teams and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery and service quality.
• Conduct virtual client consultations and site visits (if applicable and feasible remotely) to ensure event success.
• Gather client feedback post-event to identify areas for improvement and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in corporate catering sales , event management, or client relationship management within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent understanding of corporate event dynamics and client expectations.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Experience working effectively in a remote setting and managing client relationships virtually.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales and event management tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or a related field is advantageous.
