Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Construction Site Coordinator to manage and facilitate site operations in a fully remote capacity. You will coordinate between project managers, site teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure documentation, progress tracking, and timelines are aligned.

The ideal candidate has construction lifecycle knowledge, strong organizational skills, and experience with digital collaboration tools to manage remote construction sites effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience as Construction Site/Project Coordinator, preferably with remote duties.
• Strong understanding of construction lifecycles and terminology.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and virtual collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication and coordination between remote project teams, site personnel, and stakeholders.
• Maintain and organize project documentation including plans, permits, progress reports, and safety records.
• Track progress against timelines and escalate delays or issues as needed.
• Coordinate procurement and delivery of materials and equipment to sites.
• Assist in scheduling site activities, inspections, and subcontractor appointments.
• Manage project management software and virtual collaboration platforms.
• Ensure safety regulations and company policies are followed by liaising with on-site safety officers.
