Job summary

Kwena Human Capital is seeking a Remote Construction Document Controller to organize and maintain all project documentation from a remote location. You will ensure accurate control, distribution, and archiving of drawings, specifications, and correspondence, supporting seamless communication and compliance with procedures.

The role requires detail-oriented, tech-savvy individuals who can manage information flow within a virtual environment while collaborating with project teams remotely.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Document Controller, preferably in construction.
• Strong understanding of document management principles and practices.
• Proficiency with document control software and digital archiving systems.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication for remote collaboration.
• Ability to work independently from home.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage a systematic document control procedure for all project phases.
• Receive, register, and distribute incoming and outgoing project documentation.
• Ensure all documents are logged, tracked, and version-controlled.
• Maintain an organized digital filing system and archive documents.
• Liaise with project team for timely submission and distribution of documents.
• Prepare document status reports and provide updates on document flow.
• Ensure compliance with company and client document control policies.
