Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Construction Administrator to support remote construction projects. You will manage documentation, coordinate communications, and assist project managers from a fully remote environment, ensuring accuracy and timely information flow.

You will liaise with clients and subcontractors, maintain databases, track invoicing and budgets, and support scheduling and reporting to keep projects on track while upholding high standards of detail and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Construction Administrator or similar role in construction.
• Proficiency with project management software and standard office tools.
• Excellent organization, time management and multitasking abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication suitable for remote work.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize project documentation, contracts, permits and correspondence.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes for remote teams.
• Assist scheduling, reporting and tracking of project progress.
• Handle invoice processing, budget tracking and expense management.
• Communicate with clients, subcontractors and internal teams remotely.
