• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication for remote collaboration.
• Home office setup with reliable high-speed internet.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, timelines, and resource plans.
• Prepare, distribute, and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports.
• Facilitate virtual communication among teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Monitor progress, identify delays, and escalate issues to project managers.
• Support budget tracking, invoicing, and financial reporting.
