Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a proactive Remote Construction Project Coordinator to support project operations from anywhere, including Mossel Bay. You will coordinate schedules, manage documentation, and facilitate communication among clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires strong organizational and time-management skills, experience in project coordination, and proficiency with project-management tools (Asana, Trello, MS Project, MS Office).

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Construction Project Coordinator or similar role.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information for construction projects.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure clear and timely communication.
• Assist in the preparation and management of project documentation, including reports and proposals.
• Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and report on progress.
• Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared and distributed.
• Maintain project management software and databases, ensuring accuracy of information.
• Support the project management team in various administrative and logistical tasks.
