Qualifications

• PhD in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience analyzing complex biological datasets with computational and statistical methods.
• Strong programming skills in Python or R and familiarity with bioinformatics libraries and tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret large-scale biological datasets (genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics).
• Develop and apply computational models and algorithms to understand pathways and networks.
• Collaborate with experimental biologists, clinicians, and other computational scientists to define research questions and designs.
• Implement and maintain bioinformatics pipelines for data processing and QC.
• Contribute to development of new computational tools and methodologies.
• Communicate findings through presentations, reports, and publications.
