Qualifications

• PhD in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field.
• Proven experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or similar for data analysis.
• Familiarity with genomics, transcriptomics, or proteomics data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement computational pipelines for the analysis of high-throughput biological data.
• Perform statistical analysis and machine learning modeling on complex datasets to identify biological patterns and correlations.
