Qualifications

• PhD in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, CS, Statistics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years applying computational approaches to biological research problems.
• Strong programming and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication in a remote, collaborative setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced computational and statistical methods for analyzing large-scale biological datasets, including genomic, transcriptomic, and proteomic data.
• Design and execute bioinformatics pipelines for data processing, quality control, and interpretation.
• Collaborate with experimental biologists to define research questions and design appropriate analyses.
