About the Role

Our client is seeking a visionary and strategic Remote Community Impact Lead to spearhead their efforts in driving meaningful social change across various communities, including those in Mahikeng . In this fully remote leadership position, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and managing programs that foster sustainable community development and address critical social needs. You will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, external partners, and community representatives to amplify the organization's positive footprint. This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic planning capabilities, and a deep commitment to social equity, all executed within a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for community impact initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Identify key social and economic development opportunities and challenges in target communities, such as those in the North West province.
• Design, implement, and oversee impactful community programs, including those focused on education, economic empowerment, and health.
• Establish robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track program progress and measure social impact effectively.

Requirements
