Job summary

Placements24 is looking for a Remote Program Coordinator to support community development projects across South Africa. You will coordinate activities, maintain stakeholder communication, track progress and help ensure successful delivery of initiatives focused on local infrastructure, education, and economic opportunities.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 3 years of coordination experience, with strong organizational, written, and verbal communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years in program or project coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with project management tools and remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, implementation and monitoring of community projects.
• Manage timelines, deliverables and resources with project managers.
• Facilitate communication between teams, partners and senior management.
• Develop and maintain project documentation: reports, proposals, minutes.
• Organize virtual meetings, workshops and training sessions.
• Track progress against goals and identify risks and mitigations.
• Assist in budget development and monitor expenditures.
• Support outreach to engage stakeholders and beneficiaries.
• Ensure compliance with policies and project requirements.
• Contribute to evaluating impact and future initiatives.
