Placements24 is seeking a motivated Remote Community Support Coordinator to lead online programs and resources for individuals and families across South Africa. This remote role focuses on accessible, inclusive digital services and strong client engagement.

You will develop, implement, and monitor online community initiatives, coordinate virtual outreach, and ensure data privacy while collaborating with internal teams to expand remote service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Community Development, Psychology, or related field.
• Proven experience in community outreach, program coordination, or social services.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage online community support programs and initiatives.
• Coordinate virtual outreach activities to engage target populations.
• Provide remote guidance and support to clients via video calls, email, and chat.
• Facilitate online support groups and educational workshops.
• Create and disseminate digital resources and information materials.
• Manage and update online community platforms and databases.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance virtual service delivery.
• Monitor program effectiveness and gather client feedback for continuous improvement.
