Placements24's client in Centurion is seeking a highly capable Technical Support Agent to provide expert technical assistance and troubleshooting, ensuring smooth operation of services. You will diagnose and resolve complex issues, acting as the liaison between customers and development teams.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or a similar IT role.
Strong understanding of computer systems, networks and common software applications.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in remote support tools and ticketing systems.
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users effectively.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues for customers.
Guide users through step-by-step solutions for technical problems.
Install, configure, and maintain customer equipment and software.
Document technical issues and resolutions in the support system.
