Qualifications

• Relevant qualification or background in social services, community development, or related field.
• Experience in client support or advisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of community support resources.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and active listening skills.
• Proficiency with virtual communication tools and digital records.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote client support via phone, email, and video conferencing.
• Assess client needs and identify appropriate support resources.
• Coordinate service delivery including scheduling and follow-ups.
• Educate clients on resources and empower independent access.
