Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Remote Client Advocate and Resource Specialist to support individuals remotely, including those near Upington. You will advocate for clients, help them access resources, and navigate complex systems from your home office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in advocacy, social services, case management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct advocacy services to clients, representing their interests and needs.
• Identify and research available resources, programs, and services relevant to client situations.
• Assist clients in completing applications, forms, and navigating bureaucratic processes.
• Offer guidance and support to clients to help them achieve their goals and resolve issues.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client case files and progress notes using secure digital systems.
• Collaborate remotely with relevant agencies and service providers to coordinate client support.
