Qualifications

• 3+ years in client success or a related client-facing role.
• Proven ability to manage long-term client relationships and growth.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship from onboarding through long-term partnership.
• Lead onboarding, alignment sessions, and periodic business reviews.
• Coordinate recruitment briefs with Talent Acquisition and clients.
• Support contractors and facilitate growth opportunities for accounts.
