The position is fully remote with Bahamas working hours, 40 hours per week, and an independent contractor engagement. Monthly rate ranges from $1,800 to $2,400, with potential for higher compensation based on experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, accounting, FP&A, or advisory services.
• Academic background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business.
• Strong understanding of P&Ls, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication across client contexts.
• Experience in professional services or financial advisory is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain P&Ls, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other financial reports across multiple client accounts.
• Prepare monthly financial and management reporting packs using templates and processes.
• Review and organize financial information for accuracy and consistency.
• Analyze financial performance and identify trends and anomalies.
• Support back-office financial requirements for non-finance businesses across industries.
• Learn client-specific accounting systems and processes as required.
