You’ll coordinate onboarding, recruitment, contractor support, and growth opportunities across global clients, working closely with recruiters, contractors, and leadership to deliver outstanding results with autonomy

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Client Success, Customer Success, Account Management, Recruitment, Staffing, Outsourcing, or another client-facing role.
• Proven experience managing long-term client relationships with a strong focus on retention and account growth.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing several projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent English, and ability to handle challenging conversations.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship from onboarding through long-term partnership.
• Lead onboarding, hiring kick-offs, and calibration sessions to ensure alignment and success.
• Develop a deep understanding of each client's business, hiring strategy, and growth plans.
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
• Proactively identify challenges, manage expectations, and deliver outstanding client experiences.
• Drive long-term client satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
