Job summary

AI Acquisition is seeking an Account Manager to bridge clients and outcomes. You will own a portfolio of active clients, guiding them from onboarding through growth to renewal, diagnosing blockers and driving commercial results, not merely activity.

On calls using Zoom and Slack, you’ll run growth workshops, manage expectations, and escalate or de-escalate as needed, ensuring measurable progress with our AI-driven programs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a client-facing account management, CSM, or business consulting role.
• Experience guiding business owners on growth, not just delivering a playbook.
• Knowledge of B2B lead generation mechanics and how they connect to revenue.
• Comfort discussing money, reading contracts, and explaining payment flows under pressure.
• Ability to manage difficult client conversations with calm and solutions.
• Startup/agency experience and fast-moving environments.
• Familiarity with AI tools and applying them in workflow.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of active clients across onboarding, growth, scale, and risk.
• Run growth workshops, intro calls, and regular check-ins; set the rhythm for clients.
• Manage client expectations; reset when needed and avoid overpromising.
• Diagnose why a client isn’t getting results across offer, funnel, sales, and execution.
• Ensure alignment between client contract and lead engine; flag mismatches early.
• Read and explain client contracts and payment flows; provide accurate answers.
• Escalate and de-escalate client issues with a structured process.
• Document all interactions in Athena, Slack, and related systems.
• Collaborate with CS, delivery, and onboarding teams to prevent gaps.
