Placements24 is seeking a Remote Client Success Manager to support a portfolio of South African clients within a distributed SaaS environment. The role emphasizes building trusted relationships, driving product adoption, and maximizing client retention from anywhere in South Africa.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in Client Success, Account Management, or similar
• Proven track record in client retention and relationships
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Understanding SaaS business models and customer lifecycle

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients and build long-term relationships
• Understand client goals and align platform to achieve outcomes
• Drive product adoption and engagement through proactive guidance
• Conduct regular check-ins, reviews, and onboarding sessions remotely
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities based on client needs
• Monitor health metrics and address risks to retention
• Serve as primary contact for escalated issues with internal teams
• Capture client feedback to inform product development
• Help develop remote client success best practices
• Track KPIs related to retention and satisfaction
