Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of assigned clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
• Develop a deep understanding of client business goals and how our platform can support them.
• Drive product adoption and engagement through proactive outreach and strategic guidance.
• Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and onboarding sessions remotely.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on client needs.
• Monitor client health metrics and proactively address potential risks to retention.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated client issues, coordinating with internal teams.
• Gather client feedback and advocate for client needs internally to inform product development.
• Contribute to the creation and refinement of client success best practices for a remote team.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client retention and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role, preferably within the SaaS industry.
• Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving retention.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle management.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Experience with CRM and Client Success platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight, ChurnZero).
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate technical concepts.
