Placements24 is seeking a Remote Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of key client accounts and drive adoption of our SaaS platform from anywhere in South Africa. The role focuses on clients onboarded in the Benoni region, with a path to strengthen relationships and retention through strategic reviews and proactive engagement.

You will collaborate with sales, product, and support teams, deliver training, and shape customer success programs in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related client-facing role (SaaS preferred).
• Proven ability to manage a book of business and drive retention and expansion.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
• Experience with CRM and CS platforms (Salesforce, Gainsight).
• Independent work style with ability to manage multiple priorities remotely.
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of key client accounts and build strong relationships.
• Proactively drive adoption and utilization of the platform.
• Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and strategy sessions.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client needs.
• Serve as primary contact for clients and address concerns with timely solutions.
• Monitor client health metrics and mitigate churn risks.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and support for a seamless experience.
• Gather client feedback and advocate for needs internally to influence product development.
• Develop and deliver training materials and resources for clients.
• Contribute to CS best practices and processes.
