Qualifications

• Organisation and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities calmly.

Responsibilities

• Own the post-sale client journey, ensuring onboarding and structured support for high-value clients.
• Act as the primary Slack contact, delivering rapid, proactive communication.
• Monitor client progress and follow up to keep goals on track.
• Manage the founder's diary and communications to reduce admin load.
• Maintain client records in GoHighLevel and project tools; prepare submissions for review.
