Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Client Success Manager to foster strong relationships with a global client portfolio. In this fully remote role, you will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring clients achieve their desired outcomes while using our client's products or services.

You will proactively engage clients, drive adoption, and identify opportunities for growth, renewals, and upsell. The position offers full remote flexibility, a collaborative team, health benefits, and paid time

Qualifications

Experience in Client Success or Account Management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Independent, self-motivated in a remote setting.
Familiarity with CRM systems and success platforms.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients.
Understand client objectives and ensure they are met through effective use of our solutions.
Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and provide proactive guidance to clients.
Identify opportunities for client growth and upsell/cross-sell relevant services.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client escalations and ensure timely resolution.
