Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Client Relationship Manager for a fully remote role supporting clients from Sandton and beyond. You will nurture key relationships, coordinate internal resources, and drive client satisfaction and retention.

You will manage a portfolio in the insurance/financial services space, leveraging CRM tools and remote collaboration software to deliver tailored solutions and opportunities for growth, while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in client relationship management, account management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of insurance products and services.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other remote collaboration tools.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value insurance clients, acting as their main point of contact.
• Develop and implement tailored client engagement strategies to foster strong, long-term relationships.
• Understand client needs and proactively identify opportunities to offer additional products or services.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, claims, underwriting) to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution.
