Placements24 is seeking a proactive Remote Insurance Advisor to join our client’s fully remote team in South Africa. Based from home, you will advise clients on a range of insurance products, help them select the best solutions, and manage applications and renewals.

The role emphasizes excellent remote communication, understanding of insurance products, and the ability to build rapport with clients via phone, email, and video calls while meeting sales targets and customer service metrics.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Insurance Advisor or similar role.
• Excellent remote communication skills, including active listening and clear explanations.
• Ability to work independently from a home office.
• Customer-centric approach with a passion for helping clients find the right solutions.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and virtual communication tools.

Responsibilities
