Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Account Manager to oversee and grow existing client relationships in the Port Elizabeth region. This remote role focuses on client satisfaction, retention, and identifying upsell opportunities across our client's product suite.

You will be the primary contact for allocated accounts, conduct regular business reviews, coordinate with sales, support and product teams, and strive for long-term partnerships that drive revenue.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing sales role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships and prioritize effectively.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing client accounts, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
• Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and requests, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction, gather feedback, and plan future strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, support, product) to ensure client needs are met effectively.
