Job Duck, LLC is seeking a motivated Client Intake Coordinator to be the first point of contact for prospective clients in a fast-paced, remote environment.

You will triage inquiries, respond to new leads quickly, and maintain accurate CRM records while guiding clients through the initial stages of their journey. The role emphasizes empathy, professionalism, and organizational excellence.

Remote role with US-based clients and competitive monthly compensation.

Qualifications

• Previous intake experience, preferably in legal or professional services.
• Sales experience with a client-focused, results-driven mindset.
• Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
• Excellent verbal communication over the phone.
• Empathy and interpersonal skills to help distressed callers feel heard.
• Attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Professionalism, honesty, and integrity.
• Reliable computer setup with stable internet (min 10 Mbps down / 5 Mbps up).
• Quiet, distraction-free remote work environment.

Responsabilités

• Triaging inquiries to identify qualified prospective clients.
• Responding to inquiries and contacting new leads within five minutes.
• Keeping lead records updated in the CRM.
• Scheduling qualified prospects for free consultations.
• Following up on the existing pipeline including past consultations.
