Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in client support, technical support, or similar remote role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for remote client interaction.
• Proficiency with CRM software, ticketing systems, and remote collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide client support via phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and resolve product, service, and account issues.
• Guide clients through product features and onboarding processes.
• Maintain detailed client records in the CRM system.
