Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Remote Cleaning Operations Specialist to join a tech-focused cleaning solutions provider. This fully remote role covers operations across clients in South Africa, focusing on efficiency, quality control, and client satisfaction through digital channels.

You will manage and optimize remote cleaning operations, monitor performance via digital tools, develop SOPs, and collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement remote training modules and standard operating procedures for cleaning staff.
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients regarding operational inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution via digital channels.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with field-based teams to ensure timely execution of cleaning services and proper resource allocation.
• Maintain comprehensive digital records of service reports, client feedback, and operational metrics.
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential operational risks and challenges in remote service delivery.
• Stay abreast of technological advancements and industry best practices in remote operational management and cleaning services.
