Placements24 is searching for an experienced Remote Cleaning Operations Manager to lead nationwide cleaning operations from a fully remote setting. The role requires a Master's degree preference and at least 10 years in operations, with 5+ years in senior leadership within cleaning or facilities services.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Remote Cleaning Operations Manager to lead and oversee their nationwide cleaning operations. This is a fully remote position, requiring a leader capable of managing dispersed teams and ensuring consistent service delivery across all locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic cleaning plans, optimizing resource allocation, managing budgets, implementing performance metrics, and fostering a culture of excellence in sanitation and hygiene. You will play a crucial role in driving efficiency, client satisfaction, and compliance with health and safety standards. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic operational plans to enhance cleaning services across all company sites.
• Manage and lead remote teams of cleaning supervisors and coordinators, providing direction, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee budget management for cleaning operations, including resource allocation and cost control.
• Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
• Ensure consistent implementation of cleaning standards, hygiene protocols, and health & safety regulations across all locations.
• Collaborate with sales and client management teams to understand client needs and ensure service delivery excellence.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational processes and introduce innovative cleaning solutions.
• Manage relationships with key suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Resolve complex operational issues and client escalations effectively and efficiently.
• Foster a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the cleaning, facilities management, or service industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, dispersed operations and remote teams.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management and P&L responsibility.
• Expertise in developing and implementing operational strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in utilizing advanced operational software, analytics tools, and remote collaboration platforms.
• Ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and make data-driven decisions.
• Demonstrated commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards.
