Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Remote Civil Project Manager to lead major infrastructure initiatives from initiation to completion. This fully remote role requires planning, executing, and finalizing projects on time and within budget, coordinating internal teams and third-party contractors from a virtual environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree (Master's or PMP a plus) with at least 8 years of progressive project management experience in roads, utilities, or public works.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's or PMP is a plus.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive civil engineering project management experience.
• Experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, public works).

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project plans with timelines and budgets.
• Communicate project expectations clearly to team and stakeholders.
• Oversee project execution and corrective actions.
• Oversee contract administration and vendor management.
• Conduct post-mortems and lessons learned reports.
