Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years progressive civil engineering experience with leadership of large-scale projects.
• Pr Eng registration is mandatory.
• Experience leading remote teams and complex lifecycles using digital tools.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking and virtual communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for major civil engineering infrastructure projects.
• Oversee design, planning and execution phases ensuring alignment with client objectives and regulatory standards.
• Manage and mentor geographically dispersed engineering teams, fostering a productive remote environment.
• Conduct project reviews, risk assessments and QA checks from a remote perspective.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, regulators and stakeholders through virtual communication.
• Drive innovation in design and construction methods for sustainable infrastructure.
