Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Civil Project Manager to lead critical infrastructure projects from a distance, coordinating schedules, budgets and resources via digital platforms.

The role requires 8+ years of civil engineering project management, a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, and PMP certification is highly desirable; you will work with a distributed team of engineers, contractors and stakeholders to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PMP certification is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in civil engineering project management.
• Strong knowledge of project management software and collaboration tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills tailored for remote interaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of civil engineering projects from initiation to closure; align with goals.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets and resource plans remotely.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams via virtual channels (engineering, procurement, construction).
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards and quality requirements.
