Placements24 is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead complex civil infrastructure projects in a fully remote environment. You will oversee scope, budget, schedule and resources while ensuring safety and quality.

This role demands exceptional organizational and communication skills to drive project success across distributed teams. Ideal candidate has 10+ years of progressive civil engineering experience, with at least 5 years in project management, and a proven track record of delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• 10+ years progressive civil engineering experience, with 5+ years in project management.
• Proven track record managing large-scale civil infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of PM methodologies, tools and software.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management of civil engineering initiatives to ensure delivery.
• Develop detailed project plans including scope, budget, timelines and resources.
• Manage project risks, mitigation strategies and issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, contractors and stakeholders.
• Monitor performance, track metrics and provide progress reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations and contracts.
