Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Remote Civil Project Manager to lead major infrastructure initiatives from initiation to completion. This fully remote role requires planning, executing, and finalizing projects on time and within budget, coordinating internal teams and third-party contractors from a virtual environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree (Master's or PMP a plus) with at least 8 years of progressive project management experience in roads, utilities, or public works.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business and client objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.

• Manage project execution, track progress, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Oversee contract administration and vendor management throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in civil engineering project management , with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects such as roads, utilities, or public works.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills for remote management.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively from a remote location.
