Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Civil Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of civil construction projects, delivering on time, within budget, and to high quality, in a fully remote setup across diverse locations.

You will manage all phases of the project lifecycle—from planning and procurement to execution and close-out—leading cross-functional teams, coordinating with contractors, engineers, and clients, and ensuring safety, quality, and contractual compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in civil project management.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contract management, and procurement processes.
• Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera P6).
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills for remote team management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of civil construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations for all projects.
