Placements24 is seeking a Lead Civil Engineer to spearhead major infrastructure initiatives in a fully remote capacity. You will guide engineers and technicians from concept to implementation, shaping strategy, providing technical oversight, and enabling collaboration among dispersed teams.

The role requires a Masters in Civil Engineering with 10+ years in leadership, including project management and contract oversight.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• 10+ years of progressive civil engineering experience with leadership experience.
• Experience in project management, contract administration, and construction oversight.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers and designers.
• Oversee conceptualization, design, and execution of large-scale civil infrastructure projects.
• Ensure designs comply with national and international standards and regulations.
• Manage project risks, budgets, and resources; proactively resolve issues.
• Liaise with clients, regulators, and partners remotely; maintain clear communications.
