Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in managing large-scale civil infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera P6) and collaboration tools.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills, adapted for a remote environment.
• Professional certification such as PMP or similar is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of infrastructure projects, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Manage and coordinate project teams, consultants, and contractors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration remotely.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant engineering standards, safety regulations, and contractual obligations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies, maintaining strong working relationships.
