About the Role

This role is critical for ensuring the smooth execution of catering services nationwide, acting as a central hub for communication between clients, caterers, and internal teams. You will leverage technology to coordinate orders, manage schedules, troubleshoot issues, and maintain service quality standards, providing essential support to our geographically dispersed operations and ensuring client satisfaction wherever they are located.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate catering orders from initial client request through to successful delivery, liaising with a network of approved caterers.
• Manage event schedules, delivery logistics, and client communications using online platforms and communication tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the catering process, ensuring timely and effective solutions are implemented.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, client details, and supplier performance within the company's CRM system.
• Support the sales and operations teams by providing timely information and coordinating service details for various client needs.
• Monitor service quality and gather client feedback to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
