You will handle bookings, confirmations, menu customizations, and day-of coordination using digital platforms, thriving in a structured, virtual work environment with strong multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Catering Coordinator, Event Coordinator, or similar role.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for client and team interaction.
• Proficiency in event management software and online collaboration tools.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a remote setting.
• Proactive problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of catering event bookings from inquiry to execution.
• Liaise with clients to confirm event details, dietary needs, and menu selections.
• Communicate event orders and requirements to kitchen and logistics teams.
• Prepare event summaries and schedules to keep stakeholders informed.
