Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including menu finalization, dietary requirement management, and delivery scheduling.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and event details in the company's CRM system.
• Collaborate effectively with internal culinary and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of all catered events.
• Proactively identify potential challenges and develop solutions to ensure client satisfaction and event success.
• Prepare proposals and quotes, and follow up with clients to confirm bookings and details.
