Qualifications

• Proven experience in an administrative or operational support role, preferably in hospitality or catering.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating catering event logistics, including scheduling and resource allocation.
• Manage client communications, responding to inquiries and providing updates.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and event details.
• Support the Catering Operations Manager with administrative tasks and operational reporting.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor operational issues remotely.
