Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Catering Operations Specialist to coordinate and manage catering services from a distance, supporting Cape Town-based operations. You will be the hub for vendor coordination, client orders, and seamless event execution while leveraging CRM tools to track details.

This remote-first role requires strong communication, meticulous organization, and proactive problem-solving to ensure high service standards and efficiency in the catering division.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations coordination, event planning, or similar in catering/hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of catering processes, menu planning, and event logistics.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills in a remote setting.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication with a customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency with CRM and order management systems; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities
