Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Catering Coordinator to manage client inquiries, menu selections, contracts, and vendor coordination from anywhere, with a focus on George, Western Cape. You will guide clients through event packages, coordinate with culinary teams, maintain CRM records, and ensure seamless remote events while upholding excellent service and timely delivery.

Qualifications

Experience in event planning or hospitality is required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Able to manage multiple projects remotely and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via email, phone, and online platforms.
Guide clients through menu options, customization, and event packages, providing expert recommendations.
Prepare detailed event proposals, contracts, and invoices, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
Coordinate with internal culinary teams and external vendors to confirm event details, dietary needs, and delivery schedules.
Maintain accurate client records and manage the event calendar using CRM and scheduling software.
Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the planning or execution phase of remote events.
